Accidental Festival Outfit

I think I accidentally dressed in an outfit that's more festival-y than office-y, but whatevs, it's not like we have a dress code here. See for yourself and be the judge: (these photos were taken by my coworker who always takes about 5-9 pics while I'm in mid sentence to give a more candid feel. She's my go-to pic gal!!)

She also says I remind her of Rachel Zoe--and I think it's the attitude mostly. But that's ok with me I like being a direct-diva! (I'm a little into creating catchy names lately too...gonna have to deal with that one, people). 

The sad part about this whole photo-op is the fact that I'm a week deep in sunless tanner applications, and this is darkest I get...yeah. But I did learn how to do some beachy waves in my hair with my straightener! Kind of rad, especially on days you don't want to wash it. 

I think I would wear this outfit to a county fair, but the vest might get a little too hot. I'd also throw on some hoop earrings and bangles too, obviously. Would you? Yes? Maybe? 

I also had a weird dream where I was five months pregnant and lived in a huge house. There was some random woman in our bathroom, which I made the Boo go investigate, and then decided to kick her out myself. And I'm wearing a denim mini skirt and a white button down tied above my belly? Can we say trashy?? Then as I'm dragging this chick out, I keep finding more and more people in my home that I need to kick out, and I'm wearing clogs that are a few sizes too big too...what's going on in my dreams? That one was a little too weird for me, but I did say I was going to record them now, sooo there you have it.

Bauble bar and Crazy Dream

First of all, HONESTLY WTF is guest designing a jewelry line on BAUBLE BAR?!?! I just lost my marbles!! I'd post some photos of my favorite picks, but that would be all of them, so you might as well just click the link so you can view them all too. Try not to drool.

I went on a morning run today and hated it. I just cannot get pumped in the morning, ugh. But it did give me time to think about my crazy-vivid dream I had last night, so I thought I'd share. I've decided to record these weird-o dreams on here because I usually get 1-3 super intense, clear as day dreams per month and then I can't remember them later. Soooo, here it goes.

Ok first part: I'm riding in a jeep down PCH with some of my college boos. It's a typical beach day full of shenanigans but I keep looking at this new ring I have on. It's a black skull with bright blue crystal eyes and a pink crystal nose. Now I'm obsessed with finding this ring in real life!! Very random.

Part deux: This part really weirded me out. I dreamt I had a baby, no older than 8-9 months. And I was leaving on a trip, to New York maybe? Or Boston? But I still needed to pack, and I think I missed my flight. But I was in no rush, and this cute little baby boy was super calm and patient. I didn't have any baby essentials either, but that didn't slow me down. I just improvised and made everything I needed from the stuff I found around this house. There were a ton of boxes, like I was moving out or in, I couldn't tell. I packed the stroller full of stuff while making silly faces at this baby...

I have no idea what this dream means but it left me feeling at peace, so I guess it was a good dream!

Hope I have another peaceful dream tonight...

Also, I realized after work how French-y I was dressed! And that makes me very happy :)
