Weekend with Iron Man 3 and Lipstick

Well, as disappointed as I am that the Clippers are no longer in the playoffs, my mood got slightly better after watching Iron Man 3. It turned out to be a great third installment to the three part Iron Man series, and I really enjoyed it (for once it wasn't a blockbuster that was super predictable). Plus my Boo and I got a free ticket from someone who over bought for his group, so that was awesome! We are still on a tight-ish budget, that's why we opted for the matinée. There was a kind-of long line outside the theatre when we got out too, so I'm glad we saw it when we did. I don't do movie lines unless it's for Harry Potter, that's my rule. 

Without giving anything away, I feel like this film wrapped up the series nicely. It had some great twists, action scenes, and funny dialogue that is so "Tony Stark". It's a great Sunday-afternoon-movie-date if you are looking for something to do, (and your team isn't in the playoffs anymore either, I might still be a little bitter). 

Also, I found my summer lipstick shade! I know you all were worried, haha. Rite Aid was having a BOGO, so of course I got bright pink lipsticks and blue nail polishes. I told the Boo: "I'm looking for a nail polish that's the same shade as the sky", which I still haven't lived down. I really need to think before I make very girly, very blonde comments, that can be used as jokes in the near future against me. 

I have to admit though, I never would of gone for a bright pink lipstick, but I figured I should go bold. After all, I need to add some color to my face with my new super blonde locks! (Is there such a thing as too blonde?...) I think it's going to be a good summer, I can feel it...
